Universal Outsourcing is a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company that specializes in serving the Australian mortgage broking industry. We offer a variety of industry specific services from administrative support, loan processing compliance review management, to digital marketing, web design and development, content creation and more.

What you will be doing: 

• You'll be the go-to person for managing all social media accounts for the company. That means Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

• Use your magic with marketing photo and video editing tools to whip up engaging content. Think eye-catching images and videos designed for different social media platforms.

• Create content that boosts our presence, engage our audience, and have some fun on our social platforms.

• Manage our content calendar like a pro. It's the roadmap for what's happening on social media for both us and our clients.

• Craft compelling post copies and creative captions for social media posts.

• You'll be the bridge between us and our clients, ensuring their social media game is on point.

• Work closely with our Digital Marketing team to make sure our ad campaigns align perfectly with our social media strategy.

• Maintain a consistent brand tone across all our social media communications.

• Dive into the numbers and analyze and report on audience demographics, engagement metrics, and the success of ongoing social media projects.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business is your ticket to the game.

• Proven experience managing social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok for a brand or organization.

• Show off your excellent written and verbal communication skills, and let those grammar, spelling, and punctuation talents shine!

• Dive deep into your knowledge of various social media platforms, their features, and best practices. You're the expert!

• Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and content scheduling tools is your jam.

• Wave your wand over social media advertising platforms, including Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

• Creative, attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and a burning passion for social media and digital marketing are your trademarks.

• Proficiency in content creation tools like Canva, Capcut, In-shot, Photoshop, and other relevant tools is a must.

• Strong organizational and time management skills keep everything running smoothly.

Our office operates from 6 am to 2 pm in the vibrant location of Maitidevi, Kathmandu.
