We gather personal information, which may include Credit-related information, to carry out our business operations, such as evaluating your request for financing, establishing your identity, communicating with you, managing our risk, and fulfilling our legal obligations. The information provided by you is used to fulfil requests for product information and promotional material, as well as to manage any additional needs, such as furnishing further details about a particular job or maintaining a relationship with you through invoicing. Internally, we may use this information to enhance our services and tackle any issues that arise.
How do we collect Personal Information?
This Personal Information is obtained in many ways including and directly from the client, telephone, Email, or by file sharing arrangement with a client. We utilize a file-sharing arrangement with our clients, and upon being granted access by the client, we may access their customer relationship management (CRM) and software systems, as well as third-party websites, to enable us to deliver the services we offer.
We also collect cookies from your computer which enable us to tell when you use the website and also to help customize your website experience. As a general rule, however, it is not possible to identify you personally from our use of cookies.
What happens if we can’t collect your Personal Information?
If you do not provide with the personal information, some or all of the following may happen:

Disclosure to other Countries
We offer services to both you and your clients through our Client Services Agreement. These services are carried out by Universal Outsourcing, our related party company incorporated in Kathmandu, Nepal.
Universal Outsourcing receives personal information, including sensitive information, about Your Clients from you in order to provide our services. As a recipient of personal information, we are committed to complying with the Privacy Act and Australian Privacy Principles. This includes complying with Australian Privacy Principle 8, which pertains to cross-border disclosure of personal information. We take all necessary steps to ensure that we meet the obligations under these principles.
Security of Personal Information
Your Personal Information is stored in a manner that reasonably protects it from misuse and loss and from unauthorized access, modification or disclosure.
When your Personal Information is no longer needed for the purpose for which it was obtained, we will take reasonable steps to destroy or permanently de-identify your Personal Information.
Access to your Personal Information
You may access the Personal Information we hold about you and to update and/or correct it, subject to certain exceptions. If you wish to access your Personal Information, please contact us in writing at hello@universaloutsourcing.com.au, we will try to provide you with suitable means of accessing it (for example, by mailing or emailing it to you).
Universal Outsourcing will not charge any fee for your access request but may charge an administrative fee for providing a copy of your Personal Information.
In order to protect your Personal Information, we may require identification from you before releasing the requested information.
Maintaining the Quality of your Personal Information
It is important to us that your Personal Information is up to date. We will take reasonable steps to make sure that your Personal Information is accurate, complete and up to date. If you find that the information we have is not up to date or is inaccurate, please advise us as soon as practicable so we can update our records and ensure we can continue to provide quality services to you.
What is the process for complaining about a breach of Privacy?
If you think your privacy has been breached, please contact us as set out below and provide details so we can investigate. All complaints will be considered by Manisha Rai and we may seek further information from you to clarify your concerns. If we agree that your complaint is well founded, we will, in consultation with you, take appropriate steps to rectify the problem. If you remain dissatisfied with the outcome, you may refer the matter to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
